Thank you for your interest in nominating an inventor for the $100,000 Lemelson-MIT Award for Global Innovation for the 2013 award season. Please enter your information below and hit "submit" to begin the nomination process. All fields are required. If you do not have an answer for a particular field you must fill it in using "N/A."

After submitting the Nomination Registration, please download the Nomination Form (pdf) and compile the nomination packet. Instructions are provided in the Nomination Guidelines section on the $100,000 Lemelson-MIT Award for Global Innovation web page. Send the original nomination documents (unbound, single-sided) to the Lemelson-MIT Program office via FedEx only. Please remember that the Nomination Registration only initiates the nomination process and does not stand alone as a nomination.

The deadline to submit completed nominations is Friday, November 2, 2012.
