Thank you for your interest in nominating an inventor for the $500,000 Lemelson-MIT Prize. Please enter your information below and hit "submit" to begin the nomination process. All fields are required. If you do not have an answer for a particular field, write "N/A."

After submitting the Nomination Registration, please compile the nomination packet. Instructions are provided in the Nomination Guidelines section on the $500,000 Lemelson-MIT Prize web page. Send the original nomination packet (unbound, single-sided) to the Lemelson-MIT Program office via FedEx only. Please remember that the Nomination Registration only initiates the nomination process and does not stand alone as a nomination.
